We choose to distribute large complex final documentation such as the IOM (Installation, Operation & Maintenance Mainual) and MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) in digital (Adobe PDF) format.  These are then supplied either by download, or on CD/DVD on project completion.

However should a client request the documentation in a hard copy format, this is possible at additional cost.
